Tagview is quoted per installation. The quote depends on how many tagboards and sites you have. Subscriptions are billed annually in advance, and additional boards can be added at any time. Contact sales for a quote.

Subscriptions are annual. You can cancel or change your subscription with 30 days notice before the next billing period.

Yes. Additional tagboards can be added at any time. They are billed pro rata for the remainder of your subscription year, and appear in the dashboard as soon as they are enrolled.

Equipment replacement is included in the subscription. Contact support, and we will arrange a replacement board and revoke the credentials of the damaged one.

Yes. On-site installation, mounting and training are quoted as part of the installation. Boards can also be enrolled by your own team from a phone and the admin console.

Standard UHF card tags (EPC Gen2 / ISO 18000-6C) at 54 × 85.5 mm. Tags are printed from a template you control, with photo, name, company and employee ID. Tags can be assigned, reassigned and retired with an audit trail.

Power and a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. If the network drops, the board keeps scanning and journaling, then syncs when it reconnects. Wi-Fi signal strength is reported with every sync so weak spots show up in the dashboard.

Each site has a long-lived display token issued from the site settings. Open the wallboard link on the TV once and it stays on, refreshing every 15 seconds. The token can be rotated at any time.

Roles are operator admin, billing manager, site manager and site viewer, with per-site permissions on top. Contractor companies can be given access to only the sites they work on.

Data retention is set per operator. The default is 365 days. History can be exported to CSV at any time, and weekly and monthly summaries can be emailed automatically.
